Transportation Details
On the registration form you will be asked to indicate your transportation requirements:

Local employees: If you are located in or near the Ottawa area, you may travel by public transit, rideshare/taxi, or personal vehicle. Eligible transportation expenses can be submitted for reimbursement after the program in accordance with company travel and expense policies.

Remote employees: Travel arrangements will be offered through the registration process. Depending on your departure location, transportation may be provided by train or air travel.

Individual Expenses
Your hosts have arranged hotel accommodations (where applicable), designated meals, and applicable taxes associated with the Summit. Gratuities for all planned group functions have been prepaid; any additional gratuities are at your discretion.
For employees travelling from outside the Ottawa area, hotel accommodations will be arranged through the registration process and covered by Extend Pharmacy Group.

Please note that you will be required to provide a credit card at hotel check-in to establish an incidental account for personal expenses. Be sure to settle any incidental charges with the hotel prior to check-out.

Personal expenses are the responsibility of the individual employee. This includes items such as leisure activities outside of planned group events, gift purchases, personal phone calls, bar charges, minibar purchases (where applicable), laundry services, and other incidental expenses.
